At Woodland Acres Farm, we believe that a healthy farm begins with healthy animals. Every step of our work from feeding and housing to breeding and production is guided by care, respect, and responsibility.
We treat each animal as part of our extended family. Every goat, alpaca, chicken, duck, and goose has a name, a personality, and a purpose on the farm. By providing safe shelter, balanced nutrition, and enrichment in their pastures and pens, we ensure they live happy, healthy lives.
Protecting our animals from illness and stress is at the core of what we do. Our biosecurity measures include:
Farm visits are by appointment only so we can maintain these standards and protect our animals.
We are committed to operating as a sustainable, small homestead. This means:
Our Farms cleaning and sanitation process is of the utmost priority for our milking and dairy production. Our newly constructed milk house is designed with every surface from floor to ceiling to be fully cleaned and sanitized. We use only food grade stainless steel and have rigorous daily and weekly cleaning practices. We maintain a clean room environment and minimize contamination with authorized controlled access to this facility. Additionally we perform regular testing of our goat’s milk in accordance with State and Federal guidelines to ensure the freshest and best quality consumable milk.
Whether it’s alpaca products, fresh eggs, or our upcoming goat milk offerings, everything we share is the result of a thoughtful process that puts animal welfare and product quality first. We take pride in knowing our customers can trust the care behind every item from Woodland Acres Farm.
