Breeding & Newborns

At Woodland Acres Farm, one of the most rewarding parts of farm life is welcoming new life into the world. From playful goat kids to curious chicks and fluffy alpaca crias, each birth is a special event that continues our story of growth.

Breeding Schedule

We maintain a seasonal breeding schedule to ensure the health and well-being of our animals. This allows us to care for both mothers and newborns while planning responsibly for our farm’s future.

Alpacas

Planned breeding cycles with expected cria (baby alpaca) arrivals posted here.

Goats

Nigerian Dwarf Goats typically kid in the spring. Updates on expected births will be shared as they are confirmed.

Chickens, Ducks & Geese

Our flocks expand naturally during the warmer months. We’ll post when new chicks, ducklings, or goslings are expected.

Check back often for updated dates as our breeding plans develop.

New Arrivals

We are always excited to introduce our newest farm members. Each newborn brings its own personality and joy to the farmyard.
