Chickens – Meet Our Flock

Introduction

With 13 hens and 1 rowdy rooster, these little Easter Egger Chickens help keep our farm in order while also giving us many tasty and colorful eggs. From picking out potentially dangerous bugs to fighting off predators (thank you rooster!), they are an integral and important part of our farm.

At Woodland Acres Farm, we have a passion for animal care of all types and sizes. Starting with just a flock of Pekin ducks in spring 2022 we have grown to include a small herd of alpacas, Nigerian dwarf and Saanen goats, Buff geese and more Pekin ducks, and Easter Egger chickens.
