Laid only seasonally, these giant eggs are nearly three times the size of chicken eggs, with a rich, creamy yolk and firm white that lend themselves beautifully to baking and cooking. They make extra-fluffy omelets and decadent quiches, while a single goose egg can replace several chicken eggs in recipes. Their thick shells and deep golden yolks reflect the care and natural diet of our geese, making them a true farmstead specialty.

At Woodland Acres Farm, we have a passion for animal care of all types and sizes. Starting with just a flock of Pekin ducks in spring 2022 we have grown to include a small herd of alpacas, Nigerian dwarf and Saanen goats, Buff geese and more Pekin ducks, and Easter Egger chickens.
